Our commitment
Vow Peptides aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat an accessibility problem as a defect to be fixed, not as polish to add later.
In practice that means semantic HTML with proper headings and landmarks, a skip link to the main content, controls you can reach and operate from the keyboard, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, body text that meets contrast requirements, layouts that adapt from phone to desktop, and motion that respects your device’s reduced-motion setting. When we change the site, we check the affected pages with the keyboard and at phone, tablet and desktop widths.
Known gaps
We know of the following limitations and are working on them:
- Certificate PDFs. Certificates of analysis are PDF documents issued by the testing laboratory, and they may not read well with a screen reader. The main results for each lot, including purity, test date and endotoxin result, are also shown as text on its certificate page, and we will send the full contents of any certificate in another format on request.
- Third-party components. Some parts of the site come from other providers, including the secure card fields at checkout, which are supplied by our payment gateway, and our support portal. We choose and configure them with accessibility in mind, but we do not control all of their code.
If you find a problem that is not listed here, please tell us.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site is difficult to use, contact us through the contact form, or email [email protected] if the form itself is the problem. It helps to tell us:
- the address of the page;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
We reply within two business days. If a barrier is stopping you from placing an order, say so, and we will help you complete it another way while we fix the problem.
